How do I change/modify my account details?

Below is the list of details which you can change / modify / update along with documentation requirements.

 

Changes you can do with scanned documents:

Rectify the spelling of your Building

Rectify the spelling of your Street

Rectify the spelling of your Area

Rectify your Pin Code

For these rectifications, please send us a scanned copy of your latest POI and POA (having these details) to customercare@vodafoneidea.com.

Alternatively you may also visit your nearest Vodafone Store with the copy of your latest POI and POA along with your originals for verification purpose.

Changes you can do with physical documents:

Change your complete Address to a new one

Change your Flat Number

Change your Building / Wing / Floor

Please walk in to your nearest Vodafone Store with the copy of your latest POI and POA to change/update the above mentioned details.

On visiting the store, fill in a Service Request Form, along with your latest (not older than 3 months) Proof of Address (POA) and Proof of Identity (POI).

On submission of correct and complete documents, your address will be changed within 3 days.

You will receive your latest bill at the new address if the address change request with complete documents has been submitted at least 4 days prior to your bill date.

Do carry originals for verification purpose.

Changes you can do without documents:

Update/change Landmark in your address.
